Who we are

We are a team of licensed plumbers working the Upper North Shore, and this patch is home ground. Our vans run the Pacific Highway spine and the leafy streets either side of it every day, so the plumber who reaches your gate has usually just finished a job nearby.

Every plumber on the team is fully licensed and insured under licence #275278C. The promises travel with us everywhere we work.

  • $0 call out fee Getting us to your door costs nothing.
  • Fixed written price Before any tool comes off the van.
  • Lifetime Labour Warranty Behind every job we complete.

Why this suburb keeps us on our toes

This is not a suburb that rewards generic plumbing. It was laid out from around 1900 as an estate of architect-designed homes, and houses here are still known by names like Pibrac and Cheddington rather than numbers.

Two vocabularies, one patch

Those big, deep blocks hide century-old earthenware sewers and, in the unrenovated homes, original galvanised water services that have been quietly corroding for generations. Meanwhile the newer apartment buildings along the rail corridor bring a completely different trade: flexi hoses, concealed cisterns and in-unit hot water plant.

One suburb, two plumbing vocabularies. We speak both fluently.

The gardens write our calendar

Ku-ring-gai's tall trees and deep shale soils are the region's pride, and they are also the number one cause of choked sewer lines across the old estate blocks.

Autumn leaf-drop loads the gutters and stormwater pits, and spring storm cells test private drainage lines that were never sized for the roof areas above them. We plan our year around that pattern rather than reacting to it.

How we work

  • Fixed pricing, always You approve a written price before work begins, and the invoice matches it. No hourly creep, no overtime surprises.
  • Respect for the house Heritage-listed homes, established gardens and original fittings get treated like what they are: irreplaceable. We dig only when there is genuinely no alternative.
  • Backed for life If our workmanship is not right, we come back. No questions, no cost.

Where we work

Where we work

Our day-to-day patch is Warrawee and the surrounding Ku-ring-gai area. We regularly work the adjoining suburbs too, including Turramurra, Wahroonga, Normanhurst, Pymble and Waitara, so a neighbour's recommendation is never far away.

If you have a job in mind, from a dripping tap to a full drainage overhaul, the fastest way to reach us is the contact page, or just call. Common questions are answered on our FAQ page as well.
